Fran Shelton is a native Chicoan who went into the real estate profession in the 1960's. She excels in working with her clients in commercial real estate specializing in investments, land development, retail and office leasing. She was the first woman president of the Chico Association of Realtors, served on the Board of the Chico Chamber of Commerce, and is a past president of the Butte County Economic Development Corporation.

Sally has been active in the real estate profession for over 15 years, specializing initially in residential properties. In recent years she has expanded her expertise to include commercial real estate, focusing on land development, retail and office leasing. She brings a close personal perspective of the comunity to her clients and is an active member of CREW – Network of Commercial Real Estate Women, as well as Rotary.
